THE ROLE:

• As an Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representative, your focus is simple. You generate leads, meet homeowners, explain the storm restoration process, and get agreements signed. That’s it.
• You are not responsible for production, scheduling, or paperwork after the agreement.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• You will generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected areas.
  
• You will meet homeowners and inspect roofs and exterior damage with training support.
  
• You will explain how the insurance restoration process works in a clear, confident way.
  
• You will guide homeowners toward signing our agreement.
  
• You will log activity and approvals in our CRM system.
  
• You will follow a proven sales and inspection system designed for beginners.

WHERE YOUR JOB ENDS:

• Your responsibility ends at the signed agreement.
• You do not handle production.
  
• You do not manage projects.
  
• You do not deal with supplements or insurance paperwork.
• Once the agreement is signed, our internal team takes over completely.
• When the house is approved, your commission is paid the same day and deposited directly into your bank account.

COMPENSATION:

• This is a commission-based role with a fixed commission per approved job.
  
• Commission is paid the same day the home is approved.
  Performance bonuses are available.
  
• The commission structure is simple and transparent.
• Most motivated entry-level reps earn $80,000 to $150,000+ in their first year.
