This role is for someone who is willing to learn, meet homeowners and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected areas. Training covers the company’s sales and inspection process, with support as you build your skills.
What you will do
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing.
- Meet homeowners and inspect roofs and exterior damage with training support.
- Explain the restoration process and answer questions clearly.
- Obtain homeowner agreements and record activity and approvals in our CRM.
- Follow the company’s sales, inspection and safety procedures.
Explain insurance matters accurately: an insurer determines coverage and payment under the homeowner’s policy. A storm or a signed agreement does not guarantee claim approval.
Where your role ends
Your sales responsibility ends at the signed homeowner agreement. The internal team handles production, scheduling, supplements and insurance paperwork after the handoff. Commission payment follows the approval terms described below.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with a fixed commission per approved job, paid the same day the home is approved, directly to your bank account. Performance bonuses are available. Paid training is provided.
Annual earnings range: $80,000–$150,000+. Individual earnings vary with performance and approved jobs; the range is not a guaranteed salary. Ask about the fixed commission amount, the approval milestone, bonus criteria and written pay terms during the hiring process.
What we are looking for
- Willingness to learn and follow a clear process
- Comfort speaking with homeowners and working outdoors
- Willingness to generate your own leads
- Ability to perform ladder and roof inspection work safely with training and appropriate precautions
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation using your own vehicle
- Reliable communication and organized activity records
