Field Responsibilities and Requirements

About the role

USA Storm Roofing and Construction Group is hiring a field supervisor to support exterior remodeling projects. This hands-on role combines site coordination, inspections, small repairs and assistance with installations when needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate outside projects from start to finish and check job-site progress.
Inspect roofing, siding, gutters and other exterior components.
Record photos, videos, notes and measurements.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, crews, subcontractors and the office.
Identify and report issues before and during production.
Handle small repairs, service work and installation punch-list items when needed.
Help keep sites clean, organized and progressing to the agreed scope.
Check completed work against company quality standards.

Requirements

Experience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows or exterior remodeling
Ability to inspect work, identify problems and communicate findings clearly
Basic repair and installation experience
Good organization, attention to detail and customer communication
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors and use ladders safely with appropriate training and precautions
Dependable follow-through across multiple jobs
