They gave a thorough quote of the scope and a fair price that was competitive with other offers. Johnny was at the worksite during the job and transparent and communicative the whole time. The work is done before they ask for payment. They even performed a little additional work on a gutter and soffit at no expense. USA Storm Roofing did a great job all around for our roof replacement in Fairfax. The team was responsive when we initially called and came out and identified bigger issues beyond a leak in our roof. They took the time to inspect on the roof and took detailed photos and videos, which they walked through with us to ensure we understood the bigger issues at play and why a replacement was justified. They were patient with us afterwards as we considered other options, but we ultimately decided to go with them due to a competitive price and transparency about their business, licensing, insurance, and certifications. In terms of the actual job, the team coordinated closely with us around weather but also got the job scheduled and done quickly and thoroughly. The work crew was efficient, respectful, and conducted a very thorough cleanup after. We were also grateful that the company principals came back the next day when we noticed the new attic fan was not working as intended and spent time to diagnose and fix a minor issue, rooting out the cause by extensively investigating things inside the house and again on the roof. Supervisor Bob worked with my insurance company to get the best Replacement for me which included getting both my roof and gutters replaced. The workers were very polite Courteous and did a tremendous job from the insulation to the cleanup. Too notch work I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody, anytime.
