Partnership Support for Insurance, Real Estate, and Property Teams
USA Storm Roofing and Construction Group supports insurance, real estate and property-management teams with exterior inspections, repair estimates and project communication. We serve the listed communities in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC from our Fairfax office.
Tell us the property address, the concern and the purpose of the inspection. Before arranging a visit or sharing a report, identify the owner or authorized property contact, access arrangements and the intended recipients.

Why companies work with USA Storm
After a storm, partners need a contractor who is easy to reach, clear in writing, and consistent in how the job is handled. Our team focuses on inspections, documentation, and clear communication with the homeowner and everyone involved.
Storm-damage documentation and repair support
- Inspections for visible wind, hail and impact damage
- Photos, notes, measurements and a written repair estimate
- Discussion of damaged building components and the proposed scope
- Attendance at adjuster meetings when requested and arranged
- Additional repair documentation when omitted work is identified
- Project closeout information and applicable inspection records
Our role is to assess exterior conditions and explain the repair work. The insurer determines coverage, deductibles and payment. A contractor’s report does not guarantee claim approval, insurance eligibility or a closing date.
Plan around the decision you need to make
Tell us whether the report is for a maintenance decision, a real-estate transaction or an insurance request, and provide any required format or deadline. We will discuss availability and the inspection scope before confirming the appointment.
Ask what can be assessed visually, which areas are inaccessible and whether further evaluation is needed. A roof-condition report describes the findings at the visit; it is not a guarantee of future performance.
How we protect your reputation with homeowners
We treat referrals with care. We document what we find and explain it in plain language. We do not promise claim results. Homeowners get clear next steps, and partners can feel confident in how the situation is handled.
How partnerships work
We work with partners in a few simple ways. The focus is clear inspections, clear reports, and a clear process.
Ways to work together
Referrals: Introduce the homeowner or authorized property contact to our team so we can discuss the concern and arrange an inspection.
Vendor relationships: Agree on scheduling, points of contact, reporting expectations and any vendor documentation before an assignment.
Ongoing exterior work: Discuss recurring inspection or repair needs and define each property’s scope separately. A referral relationship does not itself establish insurer approval, an exclusive arrangement or a service commitment; any agreed terms should be confirmed in writing.
What the process looks like
- Discuss the property, purpose, deadline and authorized contacts.
- Confirm the inspection scope, access and available appointment time.
- Document visible conditions and explain any inspection limits.
- Provide the agreed report or estimate to the authorized recipients.
- Discuss repair options, approvals and a written scope if work is requested.
- Provide the agreed project records at completion.
