Field Supervisor

Job Description

USA Storm Roofing and Construction Group is hiring a reliable and hardworking field team member to help with outside operations. This position is a great fit for someone who can manage projects, perform inspections, handle small repairs, and assist with installations when needed.
This is a hands on position for someone who is organized, professional with homeowners, and comfortable working on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and general exterior projects.

Pay

$25 per hour

Responsibilities

Manage outside projects from start to finish
Visit job sites and check progress
Perform roof, siding, gutter, and exterior inspections
Take photos, videos, notes, and measurements
Communicate with homeowners in a professional way
Coordinate with crews and subcontractors on site
Help identify issues before and during production
Handle small repairs and service work when needed
Assist with small installations and punch list items
Make sure jobs are clean, organized, and moving properly
Report job updates to the office team
Help ensure work quality meets company standards

Requirements

Experience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, or exterior remodeling
Ability to inspect jobs and identify problems clearly
Basic repair and installation experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple jobs
Must be dependable, honest, and ready to work
